Pandora Herald Square Celebrates 1 Year Anniversary

Pandora Herald Square Celebrates 1 Year Anniversary

Let’s be serious, this isn’t your typical Pandora store. This is NYC’s Pandora Flagship store and like any custom Pandora bracelet it’s one of a kind — from the staff to the atmosphere. Last week was the 1 Year Anniversary for the store that opened July 3rd of last year.

Pandora Herald Square isn’t a typical flagship location, no matter how busy they get you are greeted and helped upon arrival.  The owners work on the floor and it is obvious that it is an all hands-on-deck kind of business.

Pandora Passion

Adam Gindi, proprietor of one of 34th Street’s last remaining family-owned and operated small businesses since 1959, has long had a successful relationship with the charm powerhouse. Adam is the real deal, also owner of Diamonds & Dials, as the name states is an amazing source for fine Diamond Jewelry, Brand Name Watches, and also full selection of Pandora JewelryYou can expect to get personal service and attention reminiscent of a generation ago at both locations.

With Jewelry Designers like Hidalgo, Art carved, Majorica, and Pandora have chosen Diamonds Dials to showcase their extensive collections; it’s no wonder Adam was given the opportunity to open this Flagship location.

Handle with Care

Working with Adam has been incredible!  We have always known each other on a personal level, but seeing what he has done to make this store the premier shopping location in Herald Square has been incredible.  His passionate and persistence amaze me and I look forward to continuing to watch him grow his business.

When I met with Adam to talk about his hiring needs for the Pandora Flagship location; he made it clear that he was looking for a really special person to run his business. He wasn’t looking for just another store manager, but someone he could trust and become a true confidant. James came into a new store with little knowledge of what was to come, and he has handled the business beautifully.

As long as I have been here at JBCStyle, we have taken care to work with all management to make sure we make the right hire, the first time. A leadership role like James Nunez’s was a serious undertaking and the right hire needed to be special.

Whenever I walk through the  doors I know who is in charge and that is one of the most important things about his role.  The staff that is in this location is excellent, energetic and they understand their product better than some fine jewelry sales specialists.  I am thrilled we were able to find James a home and the NYC’s Flagship Pandora store a true leader.

Happy Anniversary!

Watching Adam, his Pandora team and NYC flagship business grow in this industry, as much as it has in one year has been incredible and I look forward to watching them continue their journey.
