In search of chic office supplies for our expanding NY office, we set out on a rainy Friday to meet with Cube Couture Connoisseur, Chris Campbell and VP of Sales, Merrick Rosner of Poppin. Poppin was started to add some excitement to the otherwise routine and humdrum task of ordering office supplies. The company designs office supplies with the goal of making your workspace a fully-functional happy place.
Our mission: To find coordinating office supplies with character, spunk and some fashion sense.
Entering the Poppin showroom was like entering a toy store but the toys are office supplies. The showroom, vibrant with pops of bright colors, was filled with neat clusters of pens, highlighters, file trays, tape dispensers, rulers and various other office related items.
As if designed specifically with us in mind, a desk was set in the JBCStyle colors of red, black and white. Inspiration began to take shape as we decided between red pens or black pens and legal pads or notebooks.
Stylish desk accessories are only a taste of what Poppin has to offer. Other key items include: large sticky notes, dry-erase flip charts, glass boards, fabric boards, white dry-erase boards and laptop cases. Of course there is much more available and also new items to look forward to in the future. We got a sneak peak and it’s true, some things are worth waiting for.
We decided it would be fun to partner with the Poppin gentlemen to document our office expansion via our respective blogs. Stay tuned as we go from bare walls and empty square feet to office space magnificence.
