What do you get when you mix high fashion with a top sports shoe company? Sheer genius and smart innovation. Alexander McQueen is collaborating with PUMA’s Black Label collection to create the Joust mid sneaker for A/W 2012.
This season’s designs are created with “Medieval Protection” in mind…so, how Sir Lancelot are we talkin? Well the shoe has a sole that resembles the links on a chainmail suit of armor while the three colors it will be available in (Moonless Night Black, Pony Skin Rust Brown, and Silver Metallic) are meant to resemble materials of olde.
