Meet Tim Piazza, Sous Chef at The Standard Grill, located in NYC’s renowned Standard Hotel, and fiancé of JBCStyle’s very own Jackie Conner. Tim has also spent time in the kitchen at Bobby Flay’s Bar Americain; his passion for what he does is evident in the food he creates.
Enter the T.M.P. Project: a “supper club” event where Tim can cook his own food for people, similar to a pop-up restaurant. He will be partnering with different venues to take over the kitchen for a night to create and serve his own [delicious] menu.
The events are private and tickets must be purchased in advance. T.M.P. Project’s first event will take place at 7pm on Monday, June 25th, at Masak Restaurant in the East Village and the $65 price tag includes six mouth-watering courses. The restaurant will offer a separate specialized drink list to compliment the meal.
