Starting today, Armani is hosting a series of Twitter conversations to engage with fans of not only the brand itself, but of fashion-lovers around the world.
Making the most of their social media presence, the Italian luxury brand will communicate with their followers under the hashtag #ArmaniTweetTalks. The fashion house has arranged for noted fashion experts to contribute to the talks, which will focus on distinct topics pertinent to modern fashion.
Twitter followers and fans can share insights, opinions, and ask questions as noted editor and author Peter Howarth moderates. Influential talents such as fashion writer and blogger, Susanna Lau, photographer, Tommy Ton of jakandjil.com, founder and CEO of Yoox Group, Federico Marchetti, CEO of China Interactive Media Group, Hung Huang and international fashion critic, Godfrey Deeny round out the list of panelists.
The first conversation, “China: The New Fashion Superpower,” is happening now and features Angelica Cheung, Editor-in-Chief of Vogue China. The focus is on how China’s presence in the fashion industry is rapidly growing in size and influence.
